IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Shipping company will be chosen by AUTOHUB.
For selection of the type of service and placing of order, please access to our dedicated website “HUBNET”. - Please deliver your vehicle(s) to our yards.
- Regardless of the loading port, please send the Original Export Certificate to AUTOHUB Osaka Office.
Please send the INVOICE and Export Certificate to AUTOHUB’s concerned business office in advance by fax or e-mail.
If CONSIGNEES OF THE INVOICE and B/L are different, please prepare the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS (S.I.) also. - Shipping instructions & invoice(s) will be prepared by AUTOHUB to be sent directly to the concerned forwarding agent.
- If shipment is on a “FREIGHT PREPAID” basis, “OCEAN FREIGHT” must be paid after each shipment.
- AUTOHUB releases B/L’s, Original Export Certificates, ED copies, and other documents after payment of ocean freight is received and confirmed by us.
B/L’s are sent directly to AUTOHUB NZ / AUS or our agent in Australia if your vehicle was shipped via D2D. - If your vehicle is cancelled and/or gated out, NO free storage applies.
The storage charge (that is calculated from the day of gate-in) and domestic cargo gate-out rates apply.
We send you the bill(s) by email after we accept gate out date you prefer. Please carefully note that amount bill would be changed when you pick up before or later than you indicate. After confirmation of your payment, we proceed to arrange gate out. - Depending on the shipper’s instruction, there are many times that inner cargoes may not be accepted.
Extra charges apply for unloading and disposal of inner cargoes.
