IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • NZ and AUS customer needs to register with AUTOHUB NZ member.
  • Shipping Instruction is prepared by AUTOHUB and will be sent directly to your forwarding agent. If you use us from customs clearance (Smart plan), we prepare customs invoice as well. You don’t need to make it.
  • Since original Bills of Lading or WAYBILLS will be sent to our office in New Zealand or our agent in Australia,one COPY of the Bill of Lading or Waybill will be faxed back to you after shipment. After shipment, please confirm your delivery from “TRACK & TRACE” of the HUBNET Service Menu.
  • In order to have your vehicle(s) shipped, we require your delivery confirmation. Log-in to our website : https://www.autohub.co.jp/hn/ and enter your ID and Password. On the opened page click the “Track & Trace” button on the left. After inputting the required information, click the “CONFIRM” button.
