Update Electronic Invoice List Page
We would like to inform you that starting from April 2023, we have transitioned to electronic invoices, and you can now access and view your invoices through HUBNET.
Since the initial transition, we have received valuable feedback from our customers, and as a result, we have improved the HUBNET invoice viewing interface.
Update
- We have integrated monthly and freight invoices into a single screen.
- It is now possible to view charges for each vehicle separately.
- The search function has been enhanced to allow for smooth filtering, similar to Excel.

Transition to Electric Invoice
We will shift to the electric invoice (monthly invoice) from posting paper invoice from April 2023.
For the time of transition in April, we will also post the invoice by 10th Apri 2023. We will email invoices, not posting from May 2023.

- Corresponded to the invoice system starting from 1st Oct 2023.

Continue to stop delivering vehicles for Europe.
After our announcement in January, the space situation of the vessels for Europe have deteriorated further. Please continue to stop delivering vehicles for Europe into our yard until the end of May.
We cannot also receive any more bookings for shipment to Europe until the end of May.
From Japan to Ireland (Dublin Port) : There is no more shipping companies to Dublin port for the time being. There are already a huge number of waiting vehicles nationwide.

Tokyo office : Remote work only, Hattyobori office is closed
Tokyo office staff have been trying Remote work since the beginning of March 2020 and we have achieved to provide the services without physical office. Also the cost save can be expected in the future. So we close the Tokyo Hattyobori office and Tokyo staff work on remote.

There is Port Strike from 14th (Sun) - 15th (Mon) in all ports and yards in Japan.
During the strike, our yards are closed and we can not arrange job below.

-Typhoon No.21-
We would like to give our heartfelt concerns to customers who have been effected by the No. 21 Typhoon that hit West Japan on the 4th of September.
The Typhoon went directly over Osaka and Kobe, there has been reports of serious damage at AUTOHUB affiliated yards. So we will stop Shipping service from 6th to 9th Sep and we will try to get ready for supplying you the service from 10th Sep. With regards to Kanto / Nagoya / Kyushu, we will supply services as usual.
Currently our team are investigating damage etc. of our customers vehicles.
If there is a vehicle of yours that has been damaged, we will contact you as soon as possible.

-BMSB Treatment-
On the 23rd of August, there was an announcement from Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI), a NZ's government agency, with regards to vehicles requiring BMSB Treatment from all vessel departing Japan after the 1st of September until the 30th of April 2019. Within AUTOHUB's D2D package, we will act.

The quarantine inspection regulations for New Zealand and Australia have now become stricker than before from this Feb.
Any vehicles that have failed quarantine inspection or are not inspected for any reason (Non MAF/ Non DAFF), cannot be shipped.
Also there are some ships delayed arriving in New Zealand at the moment.

-NZ new import regulation-
New Zealand Transport Agency has announced that import used vehicle must have electric Stability Control system (ESC) in stages. More than 2,001cc passenger vehicle which has no ESC must be taken pre-NZTA inspection with MPI inspection in Japan until 28 Feb 2018.
